My security system alarmed in the middle of the night for the second time in a few weeks without evidence of forced entry. Before I could even get around to calling California Safety in the morning to ask for it to be looked at, a very professional and competent gentleman arrived at my office and resolved the problem. I have used this company for years and always had fast service whenever we needed someone to show up onsite to do a repair or add new equipment or service. I needed a system installed in our company service truck parking lot. People were coming over the fence, or cutting through it, so we needed something. One of the California Safety Represitives came out and took a look at our location. He recommended using visual verification for alarms. That way, when an alarm goes off, their 24 hour operators can see exactly what set the alarm off. They can also help law enforcement get to the exact location where these bad guys are. We went with their system. After 2 arrest and 2 convections, we have no longer had any trouble with people stealing tools, gas, batteries and anything / everything that wasn’t bolted down. Thank you California Safety for you professional and amazing response to our alarms and needs. 5 Stars!!

We have been a customer for several years. The monitoring device is very good. The techs were fabulous in set up and they immediately responded to a recent camera issue caused by change in our internet.

I am just a bit delinquent in writing this review. Let me start by saying what an amazing company! First, James has been nothing short of a Rock Star. From the beginning when he came out to scope a full alarm/surveillance system for my new home in Redding, James was extremely knowledgeable, professional and just an overall really nice guy. James designed a system that is truly remarkable. I can control just about everything from my phone. On to the installation team, led by Nate. Nate was very professional, friendly and really knows his stuff. I also want to shout out to Matt and Travis, who also were involved in the installation. I sleep better at night knowing my new home is fully protected and under 24/7 surveillance. I would recommend California Safety to anyone who has a need for an alarm/surveillance system and they also provide 24/7 monitoring for a reasonable monthly rate. Just a great bunch of guys working for a top notch company!
